Chief Financial Officers Masterclass
MEMBERS ONLY EVENT
12:00pm - 5:00pm (lunch on arrival)
1 November 2017
Hotel Grand Chancellor, Hobart

The CFO Masterclass gives speakers and participants the opportunity to share their experiences – both successful and not, and provides a valuable opportunity to network with peers from the not-for-profit sector. As a current or potential leader within your organisation, this year’s CFO Masterclass will assist you to:
  • Understand the challenges of the different business and funding models you will need to juggle over the course of the next couple of years and beyond;
  • Identify risks associated with maintaining the same course without an eye to the future;
  • Manage your priorities, and;
  • Lead your team in an environment of certainty
The program will include keynote presentations and panels on:
  • Scaling for Transformative Change
  • Innovation, Digitisation and Planning for the Unforeseen – Disruption to the not-for-profit sector and the role of the CFO
  • The future of organisational design, automation and managing the issues of risk – all through the CFO’s lens
