In preparation for the 2021 Rate Submission which will be sent out later this year, we would like to invite you to update your property details through our Hotel Supplier Site.
Please take this opportunity to review your hotel information, room information and images to ensure the most up to date information is displaying for our clients.
We have included a new section for you to provide information on your COVID safe measures. We encourage all properties to update this information as we are increasingly being asked for this by our clients. Properties that meet the minimum or higher COVID safe measures will be identified with a COVID safe logo on our site at the time of booking.
The Hotel Details menu will allow you to:
- Update Details such as property facilities, reception times and images. This information is displayed to all our travel bookers and can assist you to increase bookings at your property.
- View Bookings via the Order History option. This will allow you to view all THN bookings at your property and reprint any paperwork you require
- Preview Hotel details, you will be able to view the information your hotel is displaying to our Travel Bookers
If you need to make changes to the listed Room Types, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the required names.
